Preppr and Motorola Solutions: one program, proven in practiceSee the partnership →
Trusted by preparedness professionals across

Preparedness isn’t a project with an end date — it’s a continuous operation against a complex adaptive system, where threats shift, capabilities change, and people move on. But traditional processes and most software treat it as a pile of one-off projects — an exercise here, a plan there — so the work often resets to zero, and you’re left outmatched by how fast the threats multiply.
Adding AI to that process — without accounting for your true complexity — just makes the receipts faster. Faster documents don’t create preparedness.
The shift
Preppr captures your real complexity and puts it to work — so instead of resetting to zero, your preparedness work compounds. Every plan you load or write, every exercise you run, every decision your team makes feeds one living system — and flows back to inform the next call you make.
Grounded, not guessing
Preppr doesn’t hand you a confident guess. Its Compliance & Operational Physics Engine grounds every output in rules extracted from federal doctrine and national risk data — and cites its sources, so what you take upstairs holds up.
Why it’s different
Anyone can bolt AI onto a document. That gives you faster paperwork. Preppr is built to make you more ready, not just more productive.
One platform. Assess to improve.

Meet the founder
During my 20 years in disaster management, I've seen the same thing over and over. Preparedness trapped in a paradox. It's where there's most potential for positive impact, yet burdened by high costs, outdated methods, and an inability to prove it works. But I've seen what's possible when the right tools meet real expertise. That's why I founded Preppr—the new operating system for preparedness. We're making powerful tools accessible to every community, removing barriers, and helping people build real resilience. We aren't building an incremental improvement. We are fundamentally reimagining how we prepare.
People

/ˈprep-äps/noun· operations
preparedness run as a continuous operation — not a sequence of one-off projects — so every plan, exercise, and decision compounds into the next.
Also called: preparedness operations · See also What is preparedness operations?
Preparedness has been run as a project — a plan you finish, an exercise you survive, a report you file. Preppr runs it as an operation: continuous, grounded, and living.
The cycle
Every loop deposits what you learn back into one system. The next cycle doesn’t begin at zero — it begins where the last one left off.

Your plans, radios and control rooms are the infrastructure response already runs on. Preppr exercises them, tells you what happens, and feeds what it learns back into the program.
Your plan shelf
{{ planWall }}How the two fit together
A plan on file is not a plan that works. One side keeps the program of record. The other proves it performs under pressure, on a cycle rather than once a year.
Program of record
Mission-critical communications and command infrastructure, connected with a complete platform for continuity, crisis and emergency management.
Practice & proof
Designs the exercise from those same plans, delivers it, scores it, and returns what it learns to the program.
The exchange runs both ways. Your program context shapes the exercise. What the exercise finds updates the context.
The gap we close together
Most organizations accountable for preparedness have a shelf of plans and no way to show those plans work. Adding AI to the documents produces the same documents faster. Practice is what produces evidence.
5 steps, in a continuous loop. Preparedness is never finished - should run as an operation rather than an annual event.
Three ways to run it
Each kind answers something the others cannot. Together they cover alignment, performance and coverage.
Whatever the lane
Where it lands
The obligation differs by sector. The discipline does not.
Bring a plan, a hazard or an unresolved finding. We will turn it into a working exercise.

Introducing the Preppr Preparedness Operations Platform
Six integrated tools on one preparedness intelligence layer. Assess your plans, engage your partners, design and run exercises, and close every gap, grounded in your own documents.
Preppr is built for preparedness teams who:
If you own a plan, an exercise program, or an improvement plan, Preppr gives you one place to run all three, grounded in your own documents and checked against the rules your sector answers to.
Six tools on one preparedness intelligence layer, covering the full cycle:
Underneath it all, the Compliance & Operational Physics Engine checks every AI output against 1,500+ rules across 14+ sectors, from HSEEP and ISO 22301 to NERC CIP-008 and FAA Part 139.
Preppr is built by Preparedness Innovations, Inc. in Colorado, with emergency managers, exercise designers, and continuity professionals who have run the exercises Preppr now helps you build. AI-driven, human-approved.

Site architecture
Seven pillar pages own the category questions practitioners ask search engines and AI assistants. Each pillar links to its supporting guides, sector pages, and platform pages, and every page opens with a direct answer that Google AI Overviews and LLMs can quote.
Each pillar targets a head query and links to every guide in its cluster. Guides target long-tail and question queries, link back to the pillar, to sibling guides, and to one platform page.
One canonical name per entity, defined once in the glossary, used verbatim everywhere, and declared in structured data. Preppr is tied to its legal entity, tools, and the standards it maps to so AI systems resolve the brand and its category together.
| Gap | What we found on preppr.ai | Fix in this rebuild |
|---|---|---|
| No definitional content | No page answers “what is a tabletop exercise,” “what is HSEEP,” “what is an AAR,” or “what is a THIRA.” Those answers are owned by FEMA, Ready.gov, and other vendors. | Seven pillar pages with a 40–60 word answer directly under each H1. |
| Blog on a subdomain | Long-form content lives on blog.preppr.ai, splitting authority from the main domain. | Consolidate under /learn with 301s; pillars become the hub. |
| Four broad sector pages | Private sector, healthcare, public sector, and infrastructure only. Water, energy, aviation, transit, and higher ed have no page. | Eight sector pages, each tied to its named regulation. |
| No regulation pages | CMS, AWIA, NERC CIP-008, FAA Part 139, ISO 22301, and Clery are mentioned in sales material but have no page to rank or be cited. | Sector compliance pillar with one guide per regulation. |
| Duplicated headings | The homepage renders most H2/H3 blocks two or three times (responsive variants), so crawlers read repeated text. | One heading per block; responsive layout handled in CSS. |
| Alt text stuffing | The same long keyword sentence is reused as alt text on three different images. | Short, literal alt text describing each image. |
| Incomplete tool coverage | Footer lists four of six tools; URLs are inconsistent (/feature-askpreppr, /feature-exdesigner). “By Challenge” links to the homepage. | Six /platform/{tool} pages, linked from every footer. |
| Comparison buried | The “how is Preppr different from other AI tools” answer is a blog post linked from homepage cards. | Dedicated /compare/preppr-vs-chatgpt with a comparison table. |
| No FAQ content | No visible question-and-answer content on the homepage or sector pages. Confirm structured data in Framer. | FAQ blocks with FAQPage markup on home, pillars, sectors, and compare. |
| Inconsistent details | Footer shows both © 2026 and © 2025. | One footer, one entity block. |
Each page in this prototype writes its JSON-LD into the document head on navigation. Inspect any page to see the output.
